I have recently reviewed the Dylan. It's our first choice for SFO accommodation. Why? . Good free parking . close to SFO but more economical than Grand Hyatt . All rooms are spacious (I think we've used every configuration over the years) . Clean! Quiet! . comfortable beds & linens . desk with chair . companion chair ! . 2 luggage racks . excellent coffee in room/ free mixed coffee in lobby . good lighting . good sized shower . bathroom sink has room for 2 grooming kits . a FACECLOTH . Glass tumblers in bathroom and guest room . cork screw ! . a variety of wine / spirits/snacks available for purchase at reception . no uneven floors to trip on during the night . record player for vinyl records provided in some rooms . balcony overlooking train museum in some rooms . everything is always waiting for your arrival, arranged perfectly for you . great breakfast restaurant a very short walkaway (Neal's) . a good variety of dinner restaurants a short walk the other direction . this is simply a feel good place

The location is near shops and restaurants. There is a delicious Thai food restaurant (Thai Nakorn) behind the hotel. The staff is helpful. My flight is early at 5.30 am and I need to leave the hotel at 3.30 am. The receptionist offers to call a taxi in advance for me without any additional charge.

    The room was a good size and very clean - the housekeeper was absolutely lovely, so friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She deserves a raise! The breakfast was lovely, very fresh and tasty - a mix of different scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, porridges, yoghurt, muffins, toast, juices and hot drinks. Convenient location for the airport and getting the bus to the train station to head into the city.

    Excellent location to the airport - clean, comfortable and cost effective. And not far ($/time by Uber) from downtown SF outside peak times. This meant I could quickly get settled after flying in, and had $ to really enjoy some great meals downtown that otherwise would have been beyond my budget.
