The staff here especially Natalia are just amazing! They make you feel so welcome from the second you arrive. Natalia was so lovely to us, even making us a cuppa tea when we couldn’t find our cards. What a room. It was amazingly presented and the bed just swallowed this tired traveller up. Was definitely going to go back there, but my travel plans changed, so never made it, sadly. I had jumped on a plane to get there from NZ for a funeral and was totally unprepared for travel in the US. Patrick was so helpful, allowed me to stay extra time and helped advise me to book a train, a taxi and organise the rest of my day. Super caring to a lil ol' lady who was totally out of her depth and frankly wondering what on earth she had gotten herself into. I feel like I made a friend.
