Best hotel ever. Everything was so great from checking in, staff so helpful and courteous, hotel cleanliness was 100%. Great location to Upstate University. Very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast options great; however on the Sunday morning, there were 2 sports teams there so breakfast was not as appealimg; i.e., a number of items were gone and seating was sparse. Perhaps specific times could be considered for sports teams to accommodate your other guests.
