Very nice room (with balcony), clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a very good breakfast. The location was in the old town and close to all major attractions. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and supportive in giving recommendations and helping with bookings. Thanks to the great staff in making this a very pleasant stay!

This hotel is really great. We stayed in different hotels during our stay in Vietnam and this one was one of our best. The room is not the biggest but everything is there, whatever you need. It's comfortable and the design is amazing. It feels really welcoming. We got an upgraded room with a big window. The location is really good, the restaurant is just upstairs and it has vegetarian options. The staff is very nice and helpful. They really did the best to make our stay great. Highly recommended!

    Customer Service was fantastic, especially dealing with Thomas and Mark. The location was perfect, so central to everything. Rooms were very clean. Would have loved more storage space, but it didn't affect our stay. Highly recommend!

    The breakfast was reasonable given the low cost. They gave us a very basic packed meal when we had a early departure. The location is good within easy walking distance (if you don't count the crazy Hanoi traffic) from some of the main sites. Generally cheap and cheerful.
