Very helpful staff. Arrived early than expected (3:30am) with night bus. The day before they already explained that there is a waiting room which was pretty handy considering the arrival time. Even got breakfast after that rough night. Location is idyllic, distance to center is walkable or easy via grab. Nice atmosphere also due to the staff. Would stay there again. It was probably most expensive accommodation we've had but value for money was good.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfy accommodation. Also they cleaned my backpack for little money because it smelled horribly like fish after a bus ride and I still couldn't get rid of the smell after two cleanings. Super easy motorbike and bike rental. Brought us comfy thick blankets when it got colder. The room is bigger and prettier than it is on the pictures! Loved our stay here.

This was one of the best hotel experience we have ever experienced. Staff speaks fluent english, can provide everything you wish for. BREAKFASTS were from another planet, like so good we didn't need to eat lunch after it. Of course the location is kind of in the middle of nowhere but not far from the city, definitely worth visiting.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely, I liked the fact it was family-run. The room was perfect, one of the nicer bathrooms we have had since our trip around Vietnam. The location was ideal for walking into Tam Coc. The breakfast was basic but like any other breakfast we have had here, it was a good start to the day. Great value for money!

The host was very nice and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the common spaces were very pleasant. More importantly, there was free beer on tap all the time ! He also helped us to book a bus to Hanoï at the end of the trip, which was very helpful. The only thing was the motorcycles to rent were cheap, but not good quality (had trouble starting, the keys were not fitting well).

The room was very clean and well isolated, so it was quiet. The A/C was also quiet and worked well. Nice food for very affordable prices in the restaurant. Nice swimming pool and overall area, inbetween beautiful green fields. With motorbike it's only a few minutes from the centre with restaurants. We liked the location! Wifi was good. We liked everything.

It's great to stay here, we feel very comfortable. The service is top-notch. Everyone is very nice. The rooms are cozy and very clean. The location is great, you can get to the small town next door and some small temples and cute restaurants by bike, which you can borrow for free. They also offer tours that are cheaper than going anywhere outside. Picking up guests from the airport or train station is easy, just write to them via WhatsApp or Booking. It's very nice and uncomplicated.

The location was ideal , centrally located in Tam Coc. The host family was really friendly. The homestay facilities were very clean and appeasing. They provided help with everything needed to see and enjoy Tam Coc.
