We liked everything from the booking until the last goodbye! The staff was responding to each question in a timely manner. We were welcomed with huge smiles and delicious tea. We organized the trip to visit the ethnic minorities with them and it was really worth it! Five hours through the rice fields, jungle and a local English speaking guide. Room was super clean, we made the laundry there and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Last nice touch a sandwich and water provided for our trip. Thanks so much , you made our days special with your care!

I had such a wonderful stay at Glow Sapa Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help — they gave me great recommendations for things to do in the area. I also booked the Fansipan hike through the hotel and had the best experience. Afterward, I really enjoyed the relaxing massage and herbal bath offered on-site. My room was beautiful, very clean, and well taken care of. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. Thank you, Glow Sapa Hotel, for the amazing hospitality!

Ms Swon, the owner (sorry for the wrong spelling) is the best. She accommodated all our requests. Our room was squeaky clean & huge for the 3 of us. It has an amazing view of the lake at the balcony. Wifi is strong, breakfast is delish, location is quite uphill but is close to everything with various shortcuts in any direction. Tea, coffee, sugar, water, towels & other essentials are replaced daily. Hotel has an elevator. We had 5kg of laundry & had the best room massage yet we paid a very cheap price for everything. Ms Swon is always smiling & can speak proper English. I would definitely book again when I revisit Sapa.

It is a new peaceful place to enjoy the fresh air and nature, the beautiful scenery of Sapa. Spacious and beautiful room. Can see the ripe rice fields and majestic mountains. Especially they have a fancy and delicious restaurant so we don't need to go out to eat. they organized us trekking tour with local guide who was really great and professional. can't express enough how perfect this place is. Just a little North of town, but wonderful helpful staff and really clean rooms and bathrooms. Get reception to book your activities as they are price competitive and have great tour recommendations . The day bike tour was really great thanks and we saw a lot, as was the glass bridge and Fanispan Mountain Thanks again to everyone.

Xi Xi & her husband are lovely & caring. It's located in the valley, surrounded by rice fields, quiet & authentic. Atmosphere is almost magical, and the sort of dormitory upstairs have an old school vibe that gives the place a charm. Hosts are living in the house itself & makes you feel comfortable. Everything was absolutely clean & tidy. Thanks for the stay, it was great.

View was amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 5-10mins walk to Sapa Center. The room was spacious and clean. All basic amenities were provided. As I came during raining season, the hotel even provides umbrella that you could borrow. Hotel breakfast is provided at the nearby Mam Restaurant, very convenient and with a great view too.

The location is near.to the centre of the town..It was not busy and noisy as in the centre of the town..the staffs are very friendly.. The room is very clean and comfortable.. Its a new hotel and worth your money and experience..would highly recommend it..breakfast included..Just would recommend for some chicken and beef..thank for the lovely SAPA gift when we cheked out 😍🙏🏻❤

Amazing location, stuff was perfect and super helpful. Room was very clean and had all the necessities like shampoos, toothbrush, hairdryer. We did also a spa treatment, it was relaxing and affordable.

Very new, modern and clena hostel ideal if you have to catch a bus in the morning. Otherwise I would advice to stay in some homestays a bit further out of town. Good central location and nice staff.

Location was nice and close to Sapa station and also if you really wanted to a good distance to walk to Cat Cat village if you’re fit and up to it otherwise a short cheap ride on a grab. The hotel is on top of a massage and beauty salon so very convenient to walk down and get a massage at a discounted price. Very clean and cute asthetic. Staff is super helpful and even had someone stay to allow us to check in at 4am. Highly recommend if you’re after a cute, clean and affordable stay.
