This was definitely one of the most comfortable and clean rooms I've had during my 3 month travel through SE Asia! It's spacious, the airconditioning works very good and the shower is hot and no bugs! The owners are super kind. I wanted to rent a motorbike and she gave me her own which I could rent for the whole day. Even after my checkout at 12pm I asked if I could wait for a bit before my bus leaves, they gave me some coffee and fresh fruit. Maybe this place is a bit more pricey than others but in my opinion it's definitely worth it (and I'm travelling on a budget). Treat yourself! Oh and it's super close to the center of Tam Coc, I could walk there alone in the middle of the night after partying.

An absolute hidden gem in Ninh Binh/ Tam Coc! 🌿 The bungalow is brand new, super clean, and perfectly located right in the middle of stunning scenery – ideal for exploring the area. Kevin, the host, and his family is extremely friendly and welcoming, which makes you feel at home from the first moment. Free bicycles are available, and you can also rent a scooter directly on site. Plus, there’s a great pool to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Everything is peaceful, comfortable, and done with so much care. Highly recommended – I’m sure this place will become very popular soon!

The hotel owner was very friendly and helped with all our questions. The hotel is new and 5-star, the prices are reasonable, and the location is close to all the attractions. I recommend it to everyone. There's a pool and a mountain view. We had a wonderful time. You can also book tickets and tours through reception.

Huge, comfortable, well equipped room with stunning finishes. Crystal clear pool in jungle like setting. Beautiful grounds in a pristine location. Close to many attractions in Ninh Binh. The staff were awesome! Restaurant is on the pricey side, but offered the best food of our trip thus far - definitely worth every cent.

Wonderful hotel, best we've had so far in Vietnam. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, multiple pools, nice breakfast buffet and good negroni cocktails 🤩 Close to the city center, yet far away to be in a completely silent surrounding, leaving only the sounds of nature and the trickling sound of the infinity swimmingpool. The pool is perfectly oriented towards the sunrise, at midday it's above the pool and during the evening it sets behind the hills. Around 4pm the sun is partially hidden behind the hills, leaving a quarter of the pool in the shade and the rest in the sun, so you can choose what suits you best!

Amazing hostess who truly cares and helps with everything. Beautiful room perfect for solo travelers or couples, with stunning views from the homestay. Delicious homemade breakfast with coffee/tea and dessert included. Laundry service and bicycle rental available.The location is just 5 minutes’ walk from town. I was even allowed a very late check-out at 8 PM free of charge – highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Haven! The owner Hoa is very nice and arranged for us bicycles and motorbikes to get around the beautiful landscapes of Ninh Binh’s area. It was very easy to communicate with the owner who was always responsive to our requests and open to nice conversations! The pool was real reward after long day of visit under the sun :)
