We had a late check in, so we had to do a self check in in this case, which was super simple as we got clear instructions. The room was super clean and comfy. Nice breakfast. Will definitely stay there in the future.

The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is cozy and graceful with wonderful room view. Besides, we especially want to thank the counter staff Natalie for her kindly assistance. She helped us to solve the parking and luggage problem with enthusiasm on 29 May since our check-in date was on 30 May. She also tried to find a better room type instead of original simple attic for us. Her shining smile, consideration and excellent services are so impressive. She is worthy of fully compliments. Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. The reception crew has been super kind, helpful and willing to arrange my requests. The hotel has a large and warm and equipped ski room. The room was very cosy designed. They have been very responsive on the chat and provided very appreciated shuttle service from the train station. I warmly recommend this hotel!

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Love the bed and pillows. Had 2 nights of good rest. Love the Mountain view from my balcony! Could see paragliders in close promixity! Breakfast was adequate.
