It was spacious and well accommodated. The view from the hotel was stunning. Location is great, lot of restaurants and supermarket next to it. Tianmen cave was only a 10min walk to reach. The staff are so kind. Highly recommend it

A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The homestay features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Really nice hosts, they helped us a lot, offered advice on how to see the town best and were just really generally nice and helpful. The room is in a really nice looking location so it's a great base from which to see the town or just chill on the balcony. The provided ginger candys, toohbrush and tea which was also a bonus. When we were leaving the helped us with our bags and called a local taxi for us, since there aren't that many Didis in this town

It has a shared lounge, mountain views and free WiFi. The accommodation provides full-day security, and luggage storage for guests. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Zhangjiajie. The staff, especially the owner Rainbow and her husband were incredibly helpful and kind. We didn’t plan anything for our visit, but Rainbow guided us on how to make the most of our two-day stay and suggested the best tours. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and have a private bathroom and toilet. The hotel is extremely affordable, offering great value for money. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s only a 3-minute walk to the Tianmen Cable Car. They also provide free drinking water, which was very convenient. We wished we could have stayed longer! If you’re looking for cheap, clean, and comfortable accommodation in Zhangjiajie with amazing hospitality, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

This hotel was perfect for me and my daughter’s stay in Fenghuang. First of all, it’s stunning. The building, decorations, and surrounding areas were beautiful and staying in this small hotel made our visit in Fenghuang feel more significant and of value. This is not an outdated hotel, each part of our room felt brand new though kept in a remarkably preserved old building. The owner and staff are phenomenal! They’re very kind, enjoyable, and pleasant people. When we asked if they could help us warm up some leftovers we had brought, they also prepared us additional dishes to go with it. Throughout our stay the food was exceptional, always authentic Chinese food, and made from scratch by them. Just during our 2 night stay we feasted on dumplings, pastries, noodles, goose, chicken, fresh fruit, and a few other things. After checking out, our host helped us get to where our driver would meet us and stayed with us ensuring our safety. They even provided us with thoughtful gifts upon checking out. Through their behavior towards us and what they’ve created with their hotel, they shared the best of their culture and of humanity, which was what we hoped to encounter.

A very beautiful little Hotel right next to the Park Entrance. Perfect place to start your Hikes. The host Anthony is English speaking and very welcoming, he helped us to book tickets and recommended suitable routes through the park and took the time to chat with us every night over a beer or two and telling us about Zhangjiajie. The Rooms are large and newly decorated, everything from Beds to Bathrooms are brand new. There are several restaurants along the road in short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay if you want to visit Wulingyuan. Great Value. Highly recommended.

She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.
