The aparthotel has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. *CUTE, NEAT & CLEAN* The apartment was totally worth the money, it has everything needed, from heating regulater, needed kitchen items to wine and coffee glasses. Blow dryer, TV, everything. This apartment even has a small balcony with chairs, which came as a surprise. If it was a nice spring or summer time, would have enjoyed a nice wine time in the balcony area. Self check in, which is simple n easy. Car parking with the app was cool. Estonia is way more advanced and digitalized. Will visit Tartu again and will stay in this apartment.

Tampere Maja is a guesthouse founded by Tartu and Tampere. It is a small cosy house with some 7 rooms. It is very close to the centre but located in a quiet street. There is a gallery on the ground floor. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything one needs. Wifi works well. There is also a kitchen with a kettle and a fridge (and more, but I did not need a kitchen, so I did not check). Breakfast is served from 8 am, it is rather simple but fine. All in all, I enjoyed my stay at the Tampere Maja and would not hesitate to stay there again if back to Tartu.

The property is non-smoking and is located 500 metres from Tartu Art Museum. Very clear directions on getting into the parking area and into the apartment. The apartment was very newly remodeled with very good furnishings. The location right next to the botanical garden and the river was excellent, and just a short walk into the city center.

Clean and new apartment just next to the botanical garden, old town very near. The free parking spot right next to front door was great and the fact that when you step outside the apartment’s door, you are already outside and next to the parking spot.
