Everything here is an amazing start from reception with Mr. shenouda is a very nice person he is doing his best at reception disk to make the people happy to all the staff and is welcome people and to housekeepers, especially Yasin. He was our room keeper. He is doing his best at work every one here smiling person asking always if you need any help and the food it was great and tasty and the pool boy Ali very nice person relay It was a very wonderful experience

The hotel driver Mr Mahmoud Farahat was great, we had an issue and had to go to hospital, he was kind and stayed with us the entire time! The team is very reliable and respectful, we felt well taken care! Their hospitality is world class! The corals and fish schools at the reef barrier are beautiful! The room is big, shower is good, bed is comfortable and the food was good - highlight to the fresh bread wooden oven baked every meal! We will definitely go back!
