The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Bilbao. The coffee shop in the lobby has great coffee and there’s a wonderful bakery just a few doors down for breakfast.

Water sports, boating, kayaking, and canoeing are available in the surroundings. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were sizable. Water was refilled and chilled each day after service. Coffee machine always available. Breakfast had good options. We were on top floor so no noise from above and not too much street noise.
