The property is a perfect location, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the centre-ville. The hotel is modern, well maintained and clean. There is a filtered water service by the elevator and it is free. There is a lovely looking breakfast, though I didn’t try it. You can order coffee and other beverages as well. There is a lovely area indoors in the lobby, as well as a place outdoors, if you want to sit and relax with a beverage. The hotel rooms are very Goldilocks — just right in size. The bed is very comfortable, the room is clean. There is a shower, which is always better than a tub, for me. You get handwash, lotion, body wash and shampoo. No conditioner. There is a Nespresso machine with coffee pods, tea and sweetener. Everything you could want. Staff is there 24 hours a day. It’s a great hotel.

Beautiful chateau with attentive staff. The location was perfect to enjoy Angers without staying in the city center. We stayed in the studio annex with our two dogs. The room was spacious with a great sitting area outside. The kitchen was perfect to warm up our quiche we picked up in town. Perfect stay and wish we stayed longer.

This hotel is divided into 2 buildings from the 18th-century, a former school, from Napoleon III period. Hôtel de Biencourt is located in Azay-le-Rideau, in the Parc naturel régional Loire-Anjou-Touraine. Excellent location, very clean. Most helpfull staff.

Close to the centre of Saumur, the hotel Anne D'Anjou is overlooking the river and has a view of the chateau above.

All of the rooms offer a satellite TV and views of the Loire River and of the chateau. Five of these rooms still have their original decor (Louis XVI, Restoration, Empire periods). Rooms with views of the river or castle are available upon request. The hotel and staff are the absolute best. Friendly, knowledgeable, always doing extra to help. Laura found us the most amazing vineyard to visit - a place we could walk among the vines and an excellent wine tasting in the original chateau. The hotel garden and restaurant are wonderful too. The whole vibe is simply amazing - and for anyone, like us, who chooses to travel by train, it's an enjoyable walk on the flat from the train across the Loire river. I'm already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous hotel.

Hôtel Rive Sud offers a central location and is the perfect base from which to explore the town and the Châteaux de la Loire. It offers easy access to shops and restaurants. Rudy et Mathieu were welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts were le top!

Logis Hôtel du Cygne is located in the heart of Bracieux on the Loire Castles Route, 20 km from Blois, 8 km from Chambord and 10 km from Cheverny. It features a heated outdoor swimming pool and a terrace. Great location and a very clean and welcoming hotel. Very friendly staff and the breakfast in the morning was amazing. They also had a cute little lounge where you can relax with your family.

Hotel De France is located in the centre of Nantes, a 2-minute walk from the Theatre Graslin, the Passage Pommeraye and Place Royale. The interior is designed in a contemporary style to complement the architecture of the 18th-century lobby. We stayed at the 4 star Oceania in Nantes for just one night and wish we had booked it for the two nights we had spent the week before at the supposed 4 star Novotel on the Loire which is more like 3 star maximum there! No comparison with the Oceania which was fresh, clean, characterful being a converted stableyard and home to the owner ( Graslin) in the 18th century after whom the Place Graslin is named . Halle de Pommeraye and shopping street of rue Crebillon leading down to the place Royale, literally out of the arched enclosed courtyard entrance and excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk like la Cigale !

Situated in Tour-en-Sologne, within 2 km of Chateau de Villesavin and 6.3 km of Château de Cheverny, L'escale Solognote features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment has family rooms. We ordered breakfast and it was excellent and plentiful. The host was very nice and helpful.
