I happened to stay when there was a Tube strike, the staff by the entrance went above and beyond, got me a cab from blocks away. I needed to make the business meeting and thanks to him I was able to make it on time. Thank you so much for the staffs, I recommend this hotel 100%. Also the neighborhood of Marylebone is really cute and filled with lovely shops and restaurants. There is even a farmers market on Sundays. Worth checking it out!

The hotel provided very clear and straightforward instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. The location is incredibly convenient, with the Elizabeth Line underground station just a short walk away, which made transportation around the city a breeze. There are also plenty of nearby stores for essentials and restaurants serving authentic English food, which was a great bonus. Beyond the excellent location, the hotel offers fantastic amenities, including a coffee machine, refrigerator, and even a washer and dryer for guest use. The rule of quiet hours after 10:00 PM ensures a peaceful environment, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the hosts were attentive, checking in to see if I needed anything or if my stay was going well. Highly recommended!
