Had an issue with shower and had staff round is less than 5 minutes at 8 o'clock sorted it right away and was very kind. Decent view, good Internet. Have needed to extend our stay due to recent weather's and it was sorted with them in what felt like seconds went by. Local to everything you need and want.

All double rooms have baths with showers. Location just off from the lovely Crosby Beach. Room was in front of hotel overlooking waterfront. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Character of hotel and ease to move around. Breakfast was exceptional, well done Chef 👍
