The host of Jovie Apartment was the lovely Sarah who communicated with me regularly and kept me updated about my upcoming stay. Sarah had the apartment spotless and the welcome baskets were so plentiful and the treats were delicious. Both beds were so comfortable, the body wash/shampoo/ conditioner were luxurious, the heating was great as there were so many heaters in the apartment and there was a button that you could press to have the heating come on again for another hour if you were not warm enough. There are so many great things about Jovie Apartment and I think the quiet area and closeness to the center of town were two of the major reasons why I would recommend the apartment to anyone. Sarah went out of her way to help me. I had opened a window and I couldn't shut it so Sarah said she would come over and close it for me. Sarah was kind and let me stay in the apartment for a couple of extra hours as I was not feeling well. Thank you so much Sarah for being such an amazing host

Very nice decorated, plenty of space, comfortable Sofa und a warming gasfire! This was great!! The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you might need. Staying there for longer would be no problem at all. Marie is a very thoughtful host and gave a lot of Information. Thanks for that. Stornoway is a very good to stay, as all very interesting historic sites are in good reach when travelling by car.
