The employees are amazingly nice and friendly. They helped us with things they didn’t have to. And even let us keep our luggage’s on their storage unit for two days. (Because we went to Firenze). The room was not that big but we fit well. The bathroom area was very functional. The housekeeping did a great job and cleanliness was good. The staff was in general very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with a large selection of items, that is served in the rooftop bar/garden area. A special shoutout to Walter and Joshua for fantastic service and friendliness at breakfast which made the start of every day great! The CC Palace Hotel has a perfect location within a short walk from Termini station and close to many sights such as the Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Fontana di Trevi et.c. It is located on a side street from the busy Via Nazionale but there is no noice disturbance at all. This is a perfect hotel for a Roman city holiday.

The breakfast was one of a kind. Bed was comfortable after day of walking. The host is one of my favorite in Rome. I have no words to describe it.
