No stress fro finding a free parking lot and figuring out for how long you can leave your car there and how much that would cost etc... Communication with the host was suoer easy and smooth. We even met him when we left and he is a very cool, kind and hospital guy. We can highly recommend this room for any couple if you plan to stay in La Spezia.

The breakfast is an all-you-can-eat buffet, with various, salty and sweet food, and the staff is very kind and helpful. In the courtyard, there is a fountain to refill water bottles.
