They provided an excellent breakfast that suited everyones taste. They also provided a great choice of evening meals. Even though the hotel was high above Sorrento it did not mean that you were isolated as the hotel provided a shuttle bus, which operated regularly; early enough to meet any early tours; late enough to enjoy a night out without rushing to meet the shuttle.

Residence Panoramic is just 18 metres from the beach, near the town's little harbour. Amalfi and Positano are nearby, and public transport is available. We had a magnificent view from our balcony (we were on the 5th floor - views from floors below that level may not be so good - even non-existent). A table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view. The apartment was spacious. Parking immediately in front of the hotel but may need to book to ensure its available. Extra pillows. There was a lift and only a few steps to get to it!

We were also grateful that the hotel kindly allowed us a late checkout at no extra charge, which made our departure much easier. The service from the staff was outstanding; they were attentive and responsive to our needs, going above and beyond to make sure our group had a smooth, enjoyable stay. Each of the comfortable rooms is spacious and spotlessly clean, with a large en-suite bathroom. Your room comes with air conditioning and satellite TV. Your balcony has a table and chairs; ideal for a pre-dinner drink, overlooking the main street of Sorrento. Location was fantastic. Staff were nice. Breakfast were good. Room was clean. It is a little small but definitely functioning well. There was a supermarket right downstairs & bus station was 3 mins away!
