Probably our favourite hotel in our 2 week Japan trip! The room was very clean and enormous (which was a great treat after several small rooms) and the huge bathtub was perfect after long days of exploring. Super close to Hiroshima station, a bit of a walk to the main sights which wasn’t an issue for us, but there are lots of transport links close by. Would definitely stay there again!

The location of the hotel looks a little odd from the outside, residential area with quite a few car parking buildings around, But don’t let that put you off, it is a lovely quiet area. This hotel truely is fantastic.Easy to get to from Hiroshima train station, no 2 or no 6 tram stop 5 minute walk to hotel. It has a few really cool local restaurants and amazing coffee place around the corner on the river. And it is a ten minute walk from the hotel to peace park and city area. The room was amazing, huge for 3 adults, with a lounge area. Big bathroom and lovely toiletries, very generous with towels and super clean. Our room had a view of a temple, surrounded by high rises. It was the cheapest of our hotel bookings and way exceeded our expectations. Loved the hotel, awesome stay. Thank you hotel cla-ss.

The staff was terrific, both in the hotel and restaurant, and did everything possible to make us feel like honored guests. An extra touch was free coffee/tea/snacks/ice cream and as much bottled water as we wanted. One of our favorite hotels on our 3-month trip.

The house itself is like something out of a fairytale — a traditional Japanese home, yet finished to an exceptionally high standard and absolutely stunning. The location in the heart of the old city is just perfect! The real highlight, however, is the team. They are true professionals, kind and attentive to every little detail. It was such a joy to meet such warm and welcoming people who grew up in the area. Breakfast was another unforgettable moment — prepared by the in-house chef, it felt like a fine dining experience served in the most beautiful room. Overall, an outstanding stay.
