We had a super comfortable bed in a spacious room (the biggest we had in our Japan trip), the hotel is beautifully designed with a cool vinyl bar at the entrance. But the staff was the most amazing part of our stay: they gave us lot of advices on the best areas to explore, restaurant reccomendations and helped us with reservation and more. Don’t miss out on their Google Maps lists as well! Would definitely go back!

Staff were so helpful and kind. The lounge with complimentary drinks was an unexpected bonus and the mini bar was restocked each day with treats and drinks. We also used the rooftop sauna and onsen which was a lovely treat. Breakfast was delicious - both western and taiwanese options. We were so sad to leave!

You can tell that the owners of the property really want to give you the best of everything. I have never stayed in a nicer place! Our taxi did not show up the day we needed it and the manager took us to the train station his self at 6:30am!
