The personal is great and well english spoken. The view in the room suxx, but you can get a nice one from the hotel lobby, especialy at night. Its good that everyrthing is on the same floor and the bath is decent. The buffet is nice and not so cheap so it could help. Its too expensive tho. As a side note, we booked during hanami season and there were a lot of those customer visiting as 50 in a bus if you catch my drift. Viva kumamon!
