Our experience in the lodge was great: 1. The Camp was very close to the Talek gate to Masai Mara Park - 1 minute walk :) 2. A camp itself was very comfortable - spacious, nIce furniture, good washroom; NO problems with hot water or electricity. Very pleasant soap/shampoo. We even had bathrobes :) it was a bit cold in the camp in the evening, but we had a nice warm blanket. 3. The food was delicious. My wife's limitations (no red meet) were satisfied completely. Most importantly, the staff in the ladge was extremely helpful. Our flight had been delayed, and we arrived to the lodge after 11 pm. We'd informed the manager and he organized a hot dinner for us no matter it was late.

The mornings and nights are particularly enchanting, with the sounds of animals and occasional sightings, adding a touch of wilderness to the experience. Its proximity to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, just a 3-minute drive, was incredibly convenient. Additionally, Mr. Magdy was exceptionally helpful in arranging transportation, making everything seamless. The food was absolutely delicious, and I must commend the chefs for their amazing culinary skills. As a chai lover, I couldn’t resist asking for more along with Banana Fritters 😌😌😌. A special shoutout to Mr. Ben, the night guard, whose presence felt safe and well taken care throughout my stay.

SPECTACULAR Eco Lodge in one of the most beautiful places, a two-minute drive from the Iconic Masai Mara, and since fortunately the park is not fenced you can see the animals walking on the river below or even in the Lodge garden and at night you are pampered by the voices of the mythical animals ... it feels like being in a documentary. There is always a Masai very attentive to checking our safety due to the presence of animals, his name is Moses and I thank him from the heart. The staff and the food were excellent, the rooms and tents beautiful, the cleanliness impeccable. The two owners are exquisite people, Abdul assisted me from home a lot, but he was not present at the time of my stay, he had warned me there was the other owner who was an excellent host! I hurt myself during a safari and he helped me immediately by giving me an ointment against the pain that he also gave me and providing information on the closest clinic to my drivers. He is a National Geographic photographer and the reseption is a jewel full of his wonderful photos. This place is spectacular for where it is located, it is like sleeping inside the park, for the excellent work that the owners and staff do every day (including the Masai), and it has very honest prices. For the location and the place they could be very expensive and instead with their honesty in the prices they also allow less wealthy people to enjoy that atmosphere that my group and I will never forget. I conclude by adding a value, nothing artificial, nothing that clashes with the environment, there are places with a truly luxurious pomp that are not in line with the Savannah and the location, they take away all the magic, the Talek No, is a wonderful ecolodge, where the love and respect for animals can also be read in the signs hanging on the wall: Do you love animals? We had an amazing stay at Mara Hilltop – truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The view was breathtaking, and the tent was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. Special thanks to Chef Allan for the delicious meals, and to Lucia and Steve who were always so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Our game drives were unforgettable with Ken, an excellent driver who made sure we saw the Big 5! In Nairobi, John was also a great driver who took care of us very well. One of the highlights of our trip was the nature walk with Dickson – he was such a knowledgeable and engaging guide, making it an incredible experience. A huge thank you to NJ, a very patient owner who always responded to all my queries, and to Nick, who went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort, even checking in with us on our way home. Everything was so wonderful that we ended up extending our stay. We highly recommend Mara Hilltop Camp to anyone visiting the Masai Mara – you will not be disappointed!

Super location with tents spaced out between private winding paths on a hill with a view. Dining area with fireplace and washroom. Tents with washroom also. Great dinner was an added bonus. This was super for a group of work colleagues visiting the park.

L’hébergement Koshy Cosy Homes vous accueille à Narok. Cet appartement comprend un parking privé gratuit, un service d'étage et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful Anne was...she made checking in a breeze and gave great local tips. The house was spotless and cozy, with one comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette stocked with everything I needed. It sits down a quiet lane but is just a one-minute walk from a small supermarket, and only a five-to-ten-minute drive into Narok town. Just a heads-up: there’s no breakfast provided, so if you want something in the morning you’ll need to pick up supplies or head into town.

Situé à Narok, l’établissement Padre Paradise possède une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un jardin et une terrasse. Nous avons tout aimé chez Evelyn. Le calme, un peu à l écart de la ville, un taxi nous y a conduit pour 500 ksh, soit un peu moins de 4 euros (sans négociations). La chambre était parfaite, très propre, les matelas très confortables. La salle de bain partagée très spacieuse et très bien entretenue. Les superbes potager et verger. Le petit déjeuner qui était un délice (les meilleurs chapatis de tout le Kenya !). Nous avons eu la chance de le partager avec Evelyn et sa famille et c’était un beau moment d échanges et de convivialité. Et surtout, il y a Evelyn… Evelyn fait preuve d’une bienveillance rare. Nous avons pris contact avec elle quelques jours avant notre venue pour qu elle nous aide à organiser notre safari au Masai Mara. Elle a trouvé un game drive avec un chauffeur et un guide adorables. C’est une très belle rencontre, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et vous en repartirez le cœur rempli d amour, et probablement un peu lourd de ne pas pouvoir y rester plus longtemps. J’allais oublier le prix, défiant toute concurrence, pour de telles prestations.
