We had an incredible two-night stay at this hotel in Nizwa! The service was absolutely top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and even received free breakfast, even though we hadn’t booked it. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious, truly a 10/10 experience. Adnan was an exceptional host, providing us with countless tips and ensuring that nothing was missing during our stay. Jahed and Hassan were also amazing, always helpful and attentive. Together, they make an outstanding team that goes above and beyond for their guests. We can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic team. Owner Mr. Mohamed personally followed for making the stay comfortable. Mr. Saif and Samuel were great as well. Worthy stay for sure will come back as well.

Ahmed est un hôte exceptionnel, toujours prêt à vous aider et à vous donner de très bons conseils. Il se plie véritablement en quatre pour que votre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées (très bon rapport qualité/prix). La réception consiste en un superbe salon où Ahmed vous accueille avec des dattes et du thé. Tout est fait pour vous donner l'impression d'être chez vous ! Il y a également de nombreuses installations telles que des cuisines (intérieure et extérieure), une aire de jeux pour les enfants, des salons extérieurs, .... Le parking est très facile et il est aisé de trouver à manger dans les environs. Nous n'avions pas de 4x4 pour nous rendre au Jebel Shams mais Ahmed nous a directement mis en contact avec l'une de ses amies. Nous sommes restés là trois nuits. Si j'ai la chance de retourner un jour à Oman, je reviendrai chez Ahmed !

Nizwa's hidden gem! A beautiful hotel, with fantastic aesthetics! I absolutely loved the rooms and decor. It was very spacious and served my family well. We loved the pool to dip in at the end of the day and especially the location as it was right in the heart of Nizwa, so close to the fort and souk. Our host was fantastic, really attentive and was on hand via WhatsApp to answer any questions. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was great from the first moment, our host Hamza was so friendly and helpful, he went a way beyond of what would be expected. The guesthouse is located in a beautiful oasis between old and new Al Hamra, there are great views and a lot of things to do around. It's an ideal starting point for exploring the mountains and historic towns nearby. There is also a lovely cafe joined with the guesthouse. The breakfast and dinner provided were excellent. The whole place is built and designed in the traditional style. It was our best stay in Oman and we would love to come again.
