When they didn't have a room available, we easily booked with their sister branch, and the staff kindly transferred our bags for us while we visited Machu Picchu. The level of service and care was outstanding. We felt so well looked after. Thank you for an amazing experience—can’t wait to return! It surprised us how quiet the rooms were even though the hotel is next to a busy street. People working there are very friendly. They kept our luggage for 3-4 days on two occasions (Salkantay and the Amazon). Breakfast always the same, but tasty.

All rooms have WiFi, radiant heating, feathered pillows and bedding, smart TVs, unlimited hot water, private bathrooms, and tea station. My stay exceeded my expectation. My room was upgraded, also when i came back to the room from the cold rain, found there was a hot water bag in the bed that was so sweet. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was perfect.

There are many relaxed social spaces throughout the hostel to make new friends, and the private room was very cozy and comfortable. The location is great and very central to main tourist attractions in Cusco.
