Toilets functional. Don't get dissuaded by the lack of photos, it's great there!

The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. Because there weren’t many guests that night he let me choose the room by myself. I got an incredible mountain view room and it was super clean. The garden is well organized and beautiful, plenty of space you can relax and enjoy the day. At night, it is quiet and just about dark enough to see the starry sky. The next morning before I departed, the owner gave me clear directions back to Cabanaconde. And delicious meals btw! A lot of hikers just stopped here for lunch.

For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. The people there were fantastic. The good was good and the room was comfortable with a very nice bed. Also, the wifi worked great for the area.

At the lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot spring bath. The location was perfect, the host was very helpful and a very lovely and honest person. The hot springs were so relaxing, hot shower 24/7 and the dinner was excellent. Great value for money.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. We had the best time at this hotel and recommend it to everyone. The owners, Walter and Pepita, and all their staff are so lovely, helpful, and their food is delicious. Also, there are alpacas, sheep and puppies on the property that are friendly. The view from the rooms and the restaurant are incredible and it's right next to the Condor Cross viewpoint. You can see as many condors here as at the viewpoint, but could also walk or drive to the viewpoint to get a closer look. And most importantly - the owners were so helpful and kind; anything you needed they found a way. We watched as they pointed out condors, fixed one guest's broken trekking backpack, and when we had car issues he coordinated someone nearby to help.

It is, by far, the nicest hotel we've been to in Peru over the last 3 months. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed, the staff is wonderful, the shower is fantastic, breakfast is great. There's secure parking, it's close to the main square and everything was wonderful, I cannot recommend it enough!
