Hello Hostel & Apartments is situated in central Bielsko-Biala. Its location provides easy access to the centre of town as well as the numerous historical sights. Free WiFi access is available through the hostel. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I can't recommend it enough. Lovely facilities, and such friendly and helpful staff. I loved it!
