The apartment we had (two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a toilet room and a terrace) was spick and span, big and comfortable. It would have been able to host 6 persons (while we were only two plus a two years old). The breakfast was very good with mostly products of the farm and so was the dinner. Nice playground outside and inside ! 10-15 minutes from Prostojna cave, 20 from Predjama Castle, 20 minutes from Skocjan cave. Staff very helpful and friendly, and part of the big family which runs it. If we go back to the region we would be glad to come back!

I am sorry we couldn't check the Pira restaurant but judging by the quality of the hotel it is supposed to also be a little gem. Our room was spacious, clean, warm enough for the winter season, well equipped. The staff is friendly and ready to support. Breakfast is also nice with an accent on local products.
