The garden is well kept and clean. The vibes are sweet, peaceful and kind. The distance between bungalows gives privacy. At a 5 minutes walk through a garden area with a Japanese restaurant in a romantic setting, you arrive at Klong Prao beach where there are relaxing cocktail bars and restaurants, swim and watch the sunset. The main road offers many restaurants, both delicious streetfood and other options incl. Italian, Korean and Greek. There is a Buddhist Temple across the Seven Eleven. Baan Rim Klong offers the perfect central location to explore Koh Chang by scooter, which Bris rents at a very reasonable price. The Staff is very helpful and extremely kind. I will summarize my impression of the hotel in one word; Wow! Upon first meeting the wonderful staff, I felt welcome. The interior, the exterior, the location and the food are also top quality. And sitting in the restaurant and enjoying breakfast with a sea view was worth the stay alone.

This was my absolute favourite hotel! I loved staying here. I felt super comfortable during the stay. The room was very clean, the bed very very comfy and the bathroom, especially the shower lol, was really nice. So was the interior of the room; so cute! But what mostly stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff was. While everyone was amazing, i really want to point out that the young woman that was at the reception mostly in the morning/noon was the sweetest and so so helpful. I’m sorry, I didn’t catch your name. I would recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy the gorgeous sunset on the beach right in front of the hotel :)

First of, Koi and her sister are awesome hosts, always smiling and interact with people. Best people I've met in Thailand. The rooms are very clean and quiet, food is great, and always got some surprises. The place on terrace is very confy and beautiful, a serene place to watch the turtle in the morning and the eagles on the sky. If you need, there are some perfect places to have some work on the laptop. Location on the pier is also great, as you can easily get some boats to travel on other islands. (I've been to Ko Kood and come back to Koi to stay some more nights, and definitively I'll come back again). 7Eleven is just around the corner. Thank you Koi for hospitality!

The staff at Lonely Groove were so sweet, especially Lemon, and delicious food.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming resort, which is run by a lovely French family. The place was impeccably clean, and everything in the room felt either brand new or recently renovated. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of a small village with everything just steps away. Although it’s close to the street, the resort still managed to feel calm and peaceful, offering the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The refreshing red pool was a highlight for me, providing a much-needed escape from the heat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a great stay. And the breakfast? Fresh, delicious, and served with care—it was a wonderful start to a day. This resort truly combines convenience, comfort, and great hospitality. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore the local area while enjoying a clean and cozy retreat.
