Whenever we used the pool it seemed like it was our private one. We also enjoyed the breakfast which included both Thai and Western staples. The best part is the staff and how welcoming they are. The hotel offers tuktuk shuttle service to metro and one time the scheduled tuk tuk was stuck in traffic, but another staff member quickly sorted out another option for us the get to metro line.
