Fabulous location just around the corner from Saks and a few minutes walk to St.Patricks cathedral- walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely staff who answered all of our questions. Quiet, spotlessly clean rooms which were surprisingly large by NY standards. A modern hotel with nice decor. Just to note there is no restaurant on site which we knew before booking, plenty of options for food close by. Would highly recommend

Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. Located around 1.4 km from One World Trade Center, the hotel is also 1.6 km away from Brooklyn Bridge. The property is located in the Wall Street - Financial District and Bloomingdale's is 2.3 km away. The hotel and the staff was just unbelievable! The location was perfect, we felt so safe in the middle of the financial district and this was most important to us as we are 2 girls traveling. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us out a lot and were always really friendly without being too pushy. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the budget but get so much for it! The metro is also just next to the hotel and you're in walking distance of so many cool restaurants/take aways/the financial district which is incredible at night to walk through. I don't think I have ever been this satisfied with a hotel!

As many of the other reviewers said, the staff are truly wonderful. And the location is excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.
