EVERYTHING! We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel at an AMAZING PRICE!! ITS A GORGEOUS HOTEL!! I had a procedure at UPMC MERCY the next morning and was so comfortable and felt safe! Alot of the hotels in the area charged 40-60 for parking and 50 -100 in incidentals. We paid the room fee and 100 in incidentals was held on our card and as soon as we checked out it was released. They also offer free valet for all hotel guest! We can't wait to go back soon!! They also had delicious food. The pictures included are from pur room!

Located in State College, Pennsylvania, this hotel is 5 minutes' drive from Penn State University it has an indoor swimming pool and offers free WiFi access and free shuttle service. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The whole hotel smelled clean but not in an overpowering way and looked cleaner than it smelled! Body wash in the shower was phenomenal

Instead of pull out couch the couch is wide enough to sleep on and there is a trundle bed. Kids rated it much more comfortable than pull out couch. Breakfast was a notch nicer than usual included hotel breakfast.

A special thank you to the young gentleman who checked us in on July 30 around 4–5 p.m. – his welcoming demeanor set the perfect tone. The team was attentive, providing excellent local dining recommendations and promptly addressing every request. Ideal Location: Situated at 4300 Kelly Drive, ROOST is steps from Fairmount Park and a short drive from the Philadelphia Museum of Art (5 miles) and Philadelphia Zoo (3.1 miles). Nearby spots like In Riva and Lebus East Falls offered delicious dining options. It’s a tranquil escape with easy access to Center City’s vibrancy. Excellent Amenities: The second-floor swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat. The 24-hour fitness center was well-equipped, and the fast, free WiFi ensured seamless connectivity. The pet-friendly policy is a bonus for those traveling with pets. Small Suggestion: While nearly flawless, management might consider adding a designated smoking area, possibly in part of the parking lot, to accommodate non-smokers like myself. Minor traffic noise from Kelly Drive was no issue, thanks to effective blackout curtains. Final Thoughts: ROOST Kelly Drive perfectly balances the comforts of home with hotel-like convenience. Its prime location is excellent
