They helped us rent motorbikes, organize a kayaking trip through Lan Ha Bay, and even recommended hidden beaches away from the crowds. The staff genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best possible experience on Cat Ba.The garden area and common lounge were ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Sitting outside at night, surrounded by nature and the soft island breeze, was pure serenity.Overall rating: 10/10.

The place is breathtaking and the staff are extremely generous. We were worried about transportation to and from town, but staff arranged this for us easily. Lin was the absolute best. She was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. She went above and beyond. We love you Lin!! The food and drinks they offered were also great!! We stayed here 2 nights and honestly wished we extended our stay. If you’re visiting Cat Ba Island, absolutely stay here.
