The property features river views and is 31 km from Skukuza Golf Course. Everything! The environment and the view was incredible. The tents were very comfortable and well equipped. The Nkhulu team was very welcoming and helped us to make the most of our few days in the Kruger. We could have easily stayed much longer.

Umkumbe Bush Lodge - Luxury Tented Camp is a recently renovated luxury tent in Sabi Sand Game Reserve, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, garden and bar. The property was built in 2021 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The luxury tent also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Very comfortable considering you're sleeping in a huge tent in the bush. Same for the facilities. Personnel was amazing, super friendly, very attentative. knowledgeable guides, super nice, going to the extreme to spot, and follow the animals. Overal a superb experience!

This was the most magical trip and we highly recommend Buffelshoek Tented Camp! Dudley and Lynn are so amazing in welcoming guests and making the stay absolutely amazing. The guides for the game drives are fabulous! Both Beckson and Elvis were so committed to making sure we saw all that we wanted to, even if it meant driving across the reserve! We saw the big 5 and so much more! We had shared that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they helped make it such an incredibly special day for us. On that evening we also had an elephant visit the camp! Wow!! This was definitely a bucket list trip for us and it far surpassed what we dreamed it was going to be!

Shindzela is a tented safari camp, set in a traversing area within the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, part of the greater Kruger National Park, South Africa.

Guests of the Shindzela Tented Safari Camp stay in a canvas safari tent that is equipped with 2 twin beds and a wooden deck. Each tent also has a private en suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Shindzela far exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and much more of a glamping experience than a camp. The communal dining spaces are beautiful especially the candlelit dinners under the stars. The food was exceptional. Our safari guides Sam and Edward were extremely knowledgeable and we had the closest animal encounters on our Shindzela safaris. Watching the elephants visiting the river bed each day at the campsite is so magical! Would highly recommend Shindzela to anyone wanting an immersive safari experience that is still comfortable and amazing value.
