Well located property easy to get to off the main route jn and out of Brighton. Cabin was modern and comfortable and a generous size shower considering its only a small cabin. Complimentary milk & tea coffee was a nice touch and was the perfect amount. It felt very private and was easy to check in and out.

You really have your own private little hut. Owners were very helpfull. The hut itself was clean and for cold nights, there was even an extra heating option. Loved the welcoming cupcake in the fridge along with some milk.

Situated in Pyecombe, in a historic building, 6.9 km from Preston Park, Duck Lodge B&B with Hot Tub is a holiday home with free bikes and garden.

Everything was absolutely perfect - staying here has been an absolute tonic. Keith, our host, went above & beyond for us and his hospitality and generosity were truly exceptional. Our gorgeous continental breakfast outside each morning could not have been fresher & the hot tub was as good as it sounds!! I would return in a heartbeat ❤️

It was a lovely stay by Madeline in her little house. Felt more like staying by a good old friend than being just a guest. Breakfast is great, in a few minutes walk you're at the sea and all other sights, like Brighton and Seven Sisters are not far away by bus. Everything is very clean at the house and Madeline gives great tips where to go. Highly recommend!

Arrived to a lovely host. The chalet was set in a semi rural location yet was less than 10 mins from the ferry port. Quiet and comfortable with all the facilities required for an overnight stay. Didn't experience the outside facilities but it lends itself to maybe a long weekend or more. Definitely on our list for future travelling from that area.

Very tidy and clean when we arrived. Also arrived to a warm welcome from the Hostess Anna…. Netflix all set up on the TV with a beautiful walk in shower. very secluded area, great for keeping our van safe!!
