This property is fab! Spotlessly clean, the house looks exactly like the photos, very modern. Only a 10 minute drive to the city centre and free parking! 10/10

The hygiene of the whole unit is extremely clean. Parking is available for free.

Very kind host who greeted us and immediately gave us a feeling of comfort. Room was very clean and quite and in walking distance to the airport (approx. 10 min.). Connection to the city via bus is also great!

So peaceful and restorative. Private and surrounded by fields and country hedgerows but I always felt very safe and secure. Had everything that I needed for my stay. Spotlessly clean, spacious enough for myself and one other adult I was staying with. Having the deck and grass area made it feel even bigger. I looked forward each morning to looking for the local bird life and listening to the horses. Extremely well equipped with everything I could need and more. Very inviting. Just the right amount of furniture which was all very comfortable and practical. Comfort of pillows and beds were great and helped with recovering from Jet lag. Aesthetically pleasing and carefully thought out design interior and exterior Great location. Short Walking and driving distance to beach and local cafes. 20 minutes walk or 5 -10 minutes in the car to the local railway station which I used regularly to quickly travel in to Liverpool. The welcome basket of bread, cereal and eggs etc was very much appreciated and enjoyable. Most of all was the friendly, welcome and kind hosts Pam ( who I got to meet in person) and Bob too who maybe I will meet next time as I am already planning a return trip. Pam's communication from when I first contacted her before I left New Zealand was so clear and helpful and nice that I was already looking froward to meeting her. She was so supportive and informative and accommodating and did even extra to help out with the logistics of me arriving after a long flight. When I first saw the information about the lodge on the Booking.com website it had everything that I was looking for In fact I was wondering if when I arrived whether it would be as good as I had imagined it would be..It was even better! We loved everything about our stay at Green Lodge. Sarah and Alan were wonderful hosts. Great food, excellent Sunday roast. Close to train station and buses. Great walks along the shore close by.

Margaret was spot on in her communication and was very responsive to us. Very nice ambience, me and my family had good time.

Lovely place, very clean room, confortable bed, good breakfast, everything was moore than we expected.
