Superb, superb, superb !! Book this wonderful cottage, blindfolded ! The host has provided everything one would want in a house and everything is brand new. Sweet gentleman who speaks broken English, but manages to get the message across. We dealt with him and his son, Beker, who can communicate a little better, to give you more information for the area. The location is fantastic, even if you're without a car, one just climbs a few steps on the hillside to get into the town. There was parking on the property for our car.

Beautiful, newly built cottage with the most lovely and welcoming host! Our balcony had lovely views of the mountain, it is situated in the centre of Mestia so easy access to everything, and it was easy to find a carpark just outside.also it was absolutely clean and comportable. Thanks for having us stay and if you are considering booking a place here - book this cottage!

From the moment we made the reservation, the hosts were kind, responsive, and very helpful. When we arrived, we met a wonderful couple – warm, caring, and attentive to every detail, creating a pleasant and homey atmosphere. The cabin itself is comfortable, new, clean, well-equipped, and very pleasant to stay in. It is secluded, with a spacious yard, a hammock, and plenty of peace and quiet. The hosts gave us excellent recommendations for local trips and were quick and kind in responding to every request. We especially enjoyed watching the cows being milked and helping out in the field with the hay before the rain – an authentic, special experience in a wonderful atmosphere. We wish you great success and warmly recommend staying with you

    We had a great time, the Chalet is huge, with 2 rooms and balcony, there is really nice views from the bedroom and balcony. I woke up, opened my eyes and Ushba mountain was staring at me, I felt like I was still dreaming. The Chalet was very clean, it has fireplace, and big kitchen with all the amenities. Will definitely come back again.
