Just 1.5 hour from Marrakesh, this was a sanctuary of calm and comfort. The staff are friendly and attentive and the setting is beautiful. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner (the food is exceptional) in a cosy room with a fireplace and panoramic views of the the Atlas mountains. There is a lovely garden (incl a goat, duck and a chicken) with a swimming pool and even a private hammam. The Manager Mohammed took care of all our requests (even lending me a rain coat) and organized an amazing hiking tour with a brilliant guide, Hassan.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Imlil, don’t look any further and book this place, you will not regret, I promise. Absolutely everything was perfect. We travel a lot but it is so rare to receive such an attention, kindness and love as we received here. The co owner together with others took such a beautiful care of us! The view from this riad is the best from the whole village. We got the best recommendations for hikes around Imlil, as well as for a guide that took us up to the Toubkal. Happiness would be an understatement. Thank you so much for having us and we cannot wait to come back.

The best views, from the balcony as well as all rooms. Very friendly staff en great food. We did a half day walk with a local guide. We loved it and so did our young boys aged 6 and 7.

We cannot recommend this place highly enough - the setting is perfect with a small number of lodges based around a pool overlooking the mountains. Bertrand, the owner was a perfect host giving us the history of his families involvement since buying the site as a holiday home in the 1930’s. Delicious dinner by a log fire, the food and staff are excellent. We booked as our final stay in a road trip around Morocco, as it is about 1 hour from Maraketch airport, wish we had more time here. Highly recommended for a short sunny break or as a stop-off for wider travel in the area. Thankyou!
