Almost everything was perfect. A good hotel like facilities for the price of a lodge on the Everest base camp trek. Meticulously designed and clean rooms, very warm due to double insulation. Even the washroom was insulated, such a blessing in the cold. Comfortable beds and clean washrooms. And the charging and wifi is free in the room price, which is not common in places at such altitude. The restaurant was almost like a fine dining with attentive service, great food, presented aesthetically. Dinner started with warm towels, which is a luxury in such cold weather. The lady running the lodge was extremely warm, friendly and hospitable. She even kept our extra luggage and didn't charge although I didn't stay at her place during return. Very touched with her hospitality.

I cannot recommend it enough to fellow travellers venturing to Everest Base Camp or exploring Nepal. With its breathtaking location, impeccable service, delicious cuisine, and commitment to sustainability, this hotel provided me with an oasis of comfort and tranquillity amidst the rugged terrain.
