Great Place with a fantastic view. I came here from Austria. The staff is very friendly, helpfull and competent and pampered us. We felt like part of the family. Good support for things to do. Modern location with lots of wood and very clean. It's a pity that we were only there for such a short time.

Linh was so helpful and forthcoming, we rented a bike from her for 4 days, she explained how to drive a semi-automatic and gave us raincoats and a bag cover for the road completely free of charge. After we returned she let us use her shower, gave us coffee and allowed us to chill till our bus later that day. ❤️

I had a wonderful night here.Room is big with lovely bathroom.The view of corn fields,quiet in nature.Was served a set meal in the evening that was delicious and the free breakfast.....a tasty omlette,way too many pancakes with home made jams n honey and banana fritters.....totally yummy.The owner speaks perfect english and his staff are lovely.I was given my first happy water on the house!Slept like a baby!

Honestly I don’t have anything to say.. it’s just perfect. I stayed in private room and it was so huge ! The swimming pool is very good also. You have the possibility to rent motorbike or tour to do the loop from the hotel

Fabulous location surrounded by water and plants of all sorts. A magical getaway in the countryside. Bungalows were comfortable and cosy.. staff couldn't do enough for you arranging all manner things.from trips to bus back to Hanoi. All very friendly and helpful.

Very kind people, quiet place and tasty breakfast. Renting motorbike with zero problems. Machine in good condition, during returning motorbike, they even didn't check condition.

This hotel has recently opened but it has amazing services. Besides the beautiful riverside views, the local staff and quality facilities made this stay unforgetable. Also, they organize for you the Ha Giang loop at a great price. Definitely recommended.

Everything was amazing, food was the best what we tried in North Vietnam, clean and comfortable room with amazing mountain view. Owner was super nice and helpful and we loved their dogs. Fully recomended 11 out of 10!

This is an absolute Gem of a place, a complete and unexpected surprise. A very unusual and unique experience. BIG rooms. The Duty manager, Mr Puit is a very nice and capable young man, impecable English, with a very down to earth attitude. Nothing was any trouble for him and any issues were resolved quickly and professionaly.
