There is a private bathroom with bidet in some units, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. Nice and clean. Akira san the owner himself greeted me upon my arrival. He is very polite and friendly. Lodge staff tour me around the facility with a smile on her face. I had a great time and best experience during my stay.

At the chalet complex, certain units are equipped with a coffee machine and wine or champagne. The best I've ever been to.

Helpful and friendly host that took good care of us and recommended ski resorts/restaurants. There are two private onsen in the property to have a proper bath after a full day of snowboarding/skiing. And the breakfast was amazing as well

Our stay at Nomanomori was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Sen and Taka. Sen embodies warmth, kindness, and an exceptional welcoming spirit, while Taka has a calm strength and genuine caring presence that made us feel so at home. They took such good care of us, and our conversations were light-hearted, joyful, and truly memorable. A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. Free WiFi is available at the entire property and guests can reserve a private open-air bath overlooking the forest. A free shuttle is available from JR Hakuba Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away and must be reserved at time of booking. Forest views are available from the 2nd floor of the accommodation. The pension has a lovely onsen built into the main building we truly love soaking in at the end of an active day on the slopes. It's the perfect way to close the day. The couple who run the Pension are such nice, helpful people. Especially when it comes to organising/interfacing with travel for day trips or even grocery shopping. 100% recommend

We have a variety of beautiful and well appointed chalets, located in prime areas centered around the Happo ski resort in Hakuba. All quiet but convenient locations close to restaurants, ski slopes and shuttle bus stops. Forest or mountain views and plenty of fresh, clean mountain air! Fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, streaming channels and top quality mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep. Big house just right size for 7 of us. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. Everything is great and clean. Good conversation with staffs. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.
