This sweet little bed & breakfast was beautifully positioned on such an idyllic farm with an incredible backdrop to gaze out upon. The bed was super comfortable, and bathroom facilities perfect. Beautiful short car ride to both Hobbiton, Wairere Falls and into the MataMata township. We’ll most certainly be back. Thank you xx

The place is in a privileged spot facing the beach and we were lucky enough to get one of the rooms facing the lake directly, which made us feel we had our own private beach. The owners are charming and very kind and we will never forget this place!

Taupo Airport is 61 km away. Big open shared spaces made it easy to navigate. All of the amenities were new or great condition. The bedroom had all we needed and the shared bathroom spaces were modern and very clean.

Warren and Carol greeted us warmly upon our arrival, delivered delicious breakfasts each morning, restocked our supplied throughout the stay, and provided excellent recommendations. We cannot recommend this enough!
