At The Lodge Nantahala River, the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Not knowing what to expect, we were absolutely blown away by this property. The authenticity and thoughtfulness that went into every detail made this our favorite lodging of our entire trip.

All units have a satellite flat-screen TV. Some units include a dining area and/or balcony. All units feature a kitchen fitted with an oven and microwave. Every unit has a private bathroom with a bath. Some units share a picnic area with a grill, fire pit, and picnic table. It was a spur of the moment take off and stay somewhere for a night for my wife’s birthday. The owners were very nice and left a birthday card and a bottle of wine. The cabin was clean and cozy. Many of the units have a separate seating area, sofa, and cable TV are included in each cabin. Dancing Bear Lodge extras include a full bathroom with a shower, towels, and linen in addition to daily housekeeping. Beautiful property nestled in nature. The hospitality was great as was our cabin.

The cabin is PERFECT. The area is gorgeous and so relaxing. You can tell this host goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home w/ all the little details inside and out! AND SO CLEAN. Would 10/10 recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

A real rustic feel with everything you need supplied for you. The decor is really fitting to the location and the cabin was clean. The most comfortable bed I've slept in so far in the USA! Lovely stocked fire pit to sit outside and enjoy your surroundings. Great communication and instructions from Beverly made it very easy for checking in and out. Highly recommend!

The cabin was perfect for date night and alone time. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Set 17 km from Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, the property provides a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and free private parking. The holiday home offers a restaurant serving American cuisine, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. Great location, cute and cozy cabin! Everything was clean, the kitchen had what I needed, loved the outdoor seating in the front and side. Places to eat or grab coffee are just minutes away. Bryson City is just 15 to 20 minutes away. There's also a lovely farm, and a winery 25 minutes away. Great communication from the host. Exactly the peaceful getaway I needed to reset and recharge.

That's how peaceful it was.
