The staff were lovely and went above and beyond helping us out. The room was great, bed was big and very comfortable. There is a late checkout which is really useful and gave us an opportunity have a good morning activity, before heading to the airport in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here next time we visit Dubai.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! Everything was truly top-notch — from the stylish design and spotless, comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. A special thank you to Kim, who made my mornings so delightful during breakfast. She was always smiling, so kind and thoughtful — it really set the tone for a great day. There was another lovely girl working alongside her, just as sweet and professional. I believe her name was also Kim, but I’m not entirely sure. In any case, I want to sincerely thank them both — you two are amazing! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai — even if it means going out of my way in terms of location. That’s how great this hotel is.     Dubai is a place of extravagance with so much to do, see, and participate in... I'd highly recommend, creating your itinerary prior too arrival, to save you time in traffic and try to stay in the one area. The metro does make it easy to get around and hit all the 'must see,' sights or uber works well too.

    A safe and excellent place to stay. It has World-Class Shopping and Entertainment. you can find a variety of food if you are a food lover. My recommendation is not to visit during May to September due to Dubai’s high temperatures.

    The traffic in Dubai on Saturdays is really bad, and the public transport is crowded and limited. To be honest I wouldn't go back. Visit Al Ain instead, a very beautiful city with lots of historic forts, camel market, oasis, malls, nice hotels, access to desert.. and much more.

    There are lot of options for adventure and entertainment, peace and pleasure too.. A best tourist place .. I went to Palm Jumeirah. Went to Scuba dive there through Bermuda divers.. Went for a desert safari..WItnessed sufi dance, DUne bashing, Camel ride...Fire dnace..etc..etc..

    From the moment we checked in, this Hotel fulfilled all our expectations. It's dead center between downtown and the Dubai Marina, which makes it very central. The Mall of the Emirates, as well as the Metro being just a 5-6 min. walk, just add to its convenience. However, what really make this Hotel stick out are the employees. Ali, Mohamad, Ann, Olga, Hittu, just to name a few of many. From check-in to check-out, nothing but friendly, helpful, and a true pleasure. Surely not our last stay.

    Nice, not small apartment in great location. Apartment located in the same building with Mariott hotel and Dubai Marina mall. You can take taxi 7 min or walk around 20-30 minutes to the best Dubai beach JBR. You can walk in the evening around Dubai Marina, subway station DMCC 10 min by walk. There is very nice pool like beach club in the building. We like balcony and bathroom with great view, good bed. Very friendly manager Arshid has accommodated us in the night. Thank you!

    Perfect location and perfect service - everyday cleaning by Musahath and Isuru was just perfect, with fresh water and even they bring birthday cake to my wife, when she has birthday! Also happy with reception and all stuff in hotel for their job. Hotel has ideal place in Dubai Marina - 10min walk to Marina Mall, 10min walk to JBR, 15min walk to Dubai Eye. Hotel pool always clean with decent water. Absolutely can reccomend to stay here.
