This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Shkodra & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel for two nights. The hotel itself is a beautiful building with an ideal location, and having a 24-hour market right across the street was incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and everything was spotlessly clean. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making for a refreshing experience. Most importantly, the staff were all incredibly kind and polite, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shkodra!
