I highly recommend the Radisson Hotel in Gyumri! The rooms and the hotel are very clean and well-maintained. Beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is excellent — especially the omelette made fresh by the chef at the live cooking station. Absolutely delicious! The staff truly make this place stand out. From the reception to the cleaning team, everyone was extremely helpful, patient, and incredibly kind. A special thank you to Angin, who speaks perfect English and was always ready to assist with anything, and to Artur, who took amazing care of all the guests. They even made sure I got home safely — such a thoughtful gesture! I'm genuinely touched by their hospitality. A wonderful stay all around.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location is very convenient, and the room was comfortable. Quick tip - Google maps tells you to turn down the street of the hotel but it is a pedestrian street so just park at Vardanants square, then the hotel staff can help you to the hotel parking.
