We stayed for 9 nights and the hotel staff significantly exceeded our expectations. We would especially note the helpfulness and professionalism of Mrs. Eranuhi and Mr. Artur at the reception desk. They made our stay at Radisson hotel very comfortable and pleasant. We also enjoyed the breakfast, as well as the Alexandra spa.

The interior design is fantastic, I love all the details. After I went to the museum of architecture, I realized they kept the traditional wooden ceiling and stone arch, while adding the modern touch. Heater works super good. Everything is provided even the bubble bath. The sound system is good quality.

Perfect, modern and cozy guesthouse. Usually, I'm not very comfortable with small guesthouses, but this one was special, amazing place to spend a night in Gyumri.
