We were feeling very comfortable and cosy in this accommodation und were sorry we couldn't stay longer! The hosts received us with warm hospitality and it was a welcoming and familiar atmosphere all the time! The whole house is new, so there are modern furnishings and a lot of space. Everything was clean, there was a large and beautiful garden and it was a quiet place. Moreover, we even were allowed to use the hosts washing machine (we are very greatful for that!). There was an own room with an electric kettle to make some tea or coffee and to sit in and relax. The host speaks english fluently and his mother is a heart-warming and always helpful person. We are looking forward to come again!

Everything was really great! Our hosts were super nice, the room great and the breakfast amazing. We felt at home! The guesthouse is beautiful and allowed us to walk to nice places without tourists. The monasteries nearby are awesome and we could spend long hours at them without interruptions or tour groups.

Amazing Armenian accommodation in a quiet and safe area. Located in a village below Aragats. The very nice owner will show you the garden, his small museum and give you a taste of the local plums. There are many rooms to choose from. All the rooms are very nice, clean and fragrant. The shower and toilet is very clean. The rooms have very comfortable mattresses, we slept wonderfully. I must also recommend the breakfast. It is a traditional Armenian breakfast with a great selection. I recommend this accommodation to everyone, it is an experience!

Now that our Armenia trip is coming to an end, we can easily say that Villa Mimi was one of our best stays. We were allowed to eat fruit from the garden and have never tasted better apricots! It really is a little paradise very close to Yerevan. We were lucky enough to enjoy it on our own. :) If you ask the owner, he makes breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. He is very responsive, informative, and polite. Thanks a lot.

Nice room for reasonable price They have beautiful garden and even an outdoor swimming pool for a sumer time . We arrived later in the evening, hosts told us a lot abut the location, their establishment and culture. In the morning we had a great breakfast and they explained us a lot about their cultural events. They can teach you armenian dance, armenian hospitality traditions and music. The place is a hidden-away paradise. Behind the house is an orchard and being September we were welcomed with a large basked of fruits from their garden. There is a generous pavillion-style area with a kitchen the host proudly showed us, all for our perusal. The fireplace is impressive and reminded us of a Greco-Roman temple. The room was adequate in size, the bath very clean and efficient, the shower area about 15cm below floor level and the shower curtain reaching all the way down, so there was no spilling of water unto the rest of the bath, not like others we have experienced. But most amazing were the hosts: rarely had we such a warm welcome! Although they only spoke Armenian and Russian, the communication came from the heart, we understood each other from the start. Later their daughter came from work and she was fluent in 5 languages, including English, Italian and German. Having studied in Germany she preferred the latter. She took care to help us find our next hostel in Yerevan, which turned out to be in a hard to find location, besides recommending important museums there. Her dad took me to a local car-wash, very necessary as we had to return the rental-car the next day. And all that with a natural grace and generosity.
