Everything was really great! Our hosts were super nice, the room great and the breakfast amazing. We felt at home! The guesthouse is beautiful and allowed us to walk to nice places without tourists. The monasteries nearby are awesome and we could spend long hours at them without interruptions or tour groups.

Now that our Armenia trip is coming to an end, we can easily say that Villa Mimi was one of our best stays. We were allowed to eat fruit from the garden and have never tasted better apricots! It really is a little paradise very close to Yerevan. We were lucky enough to enjoy it on our own. :) If you ask the owner, he makes breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. He is very responsive, informative, and polite. Thanks a lot.

Excellent place, comfortable room with shared living room with balcony and beautiful views. The hosts are super nice and hospitable, always making sure we feel welcome and looked after. Very welcoming and very friendly staff, especially Karina who constantly was there for any request that I had. She is really nice and Kind. She gave me free fruits, coffee and cakes almost daily. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan. There's a bus "18" that takes you to the city center or you can order a taxi from Yandex. There's a nice pool, garden & Ararat view.
