The hotel is newly opened and very comfortable, decorated in European elegance with high quality. Every detail is considered and made to make the quests comfy and satisfied, feeling better than at home. Everything is excellent about this hotel, the staff are very helpful and super friendly and always smiling. The lady in the kitchen is also very welcoming. The location is great in the heart of Gyumri. The rooms are really well equipped, and spacious and very comfortable beds and pillows. Extremely clean. Wifi Speed is excellent for video calls and remote working. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Gyumri.
